One of the most popular requests we have each day, is questions about repairing risers legs. We have built up a comprehensive video guide to all kinds of riser repairs. We hope you find it useful. You should be able to repair risers, and most stage riser parts with a small amount of DIY skill.

The best place to start, is to create a little shopping list of the items you will need to replace on the risers.

These will generally include:

Vertical poles, attaching to The black plastic block, which has in it either a flat screw (centre nodes) or a location pillar on the corners.

The diagonal cross scissors also attach to the black plastic blocks

And of course the black nylon guide tubes within each aluminium poles.

Once you have a shopping list, come to this site and view the videos on our YouTube channel to make sure you can manage the riser repair yourself. If not consult a caretaker or someone with a better understanding of DIY.

All the stage riser leg repairs are pretty easy.

Then you can buy the spare parts for the staging in our shop. The parts for intellistage, revostage etc are mainly compatible with each other, in terms of the riser legs, but its best to check first.

Once you get your order, you’ll be able to repair the risers in your own time, ready for your next performance.

Call our staging customer services if you have any questions.

No Revostage is manufactured by a different company. Revostage has locking corner cams in the deck platforms, and side locking cleats. Revostage is a good quality staging, but we designed and produced NexGen because of all the comments we got from staging customers who said that after a few years the locks all tend to fail, be-it through overuse, misuse or just plain weekly use. NexGen doesnt have locks, and therefore its our most reliable staging ever.
